Our client, a real estate business based in Swindon, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Negotiator role must possess strong sales experience in the real estate industry and excellent interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and close deals effectively.

Senior Sales Negotiator responsibilities:

  • Property Sales Management: Handle the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with professional advice and support throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate property sales, ensuring the best possible deals for both the client and the company.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to accurately price properties and provide clients with informed advice on property values.
  • Viewings and Offers: Arrange and conduct property viewings, handling offers and negotiating terms to secure sales.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional information:

  • Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Attractive commission scheme.
  • Office-based position in Swindon with some local travel required.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays.
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
