Financial Services Admin Job Duties

Have you worked in a financial advisors office, platform or provider? If not, don't panic! If you have worked within an admin role and are looking to break into the financial services sector, all you'll need is the willingness and ability to learn quickly, be able to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly in this office-based job.

The Job Involves

You'll be preparing paperwork for client meetings, submitting online applications, and processing and submitting new business to providers. These tasks come with a whole host of administrative duties including:

• Answering phones and dealing with basic client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products.(full training will be provided)
• Maintain and update information held on the company’s back office system.
• Sending client authorities to Providers and chasing the required information
• Liaise with clients (verbal/written)
• Buy / Sell upon client / adviser instruction
• Checking cash balance reports
• Liaise with Providers - Verbal / Written
• Handling of Deaths – Wills/Executors etc
• Producing MI reports as requested by the adviser
