ContactCORP are looking for delivery van drivers to join our client, a respected fresh-foods delivery company providing services to the catering and hospitality sectors. This role is temp-to-perm for approximately 12 weeks. Please note the working day starts at 03:30am and ends upon finish, the working week is Mon - Sat and be approximately 50 hours.
Delivery Driver responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading with a manual sack truck
- Timely delivery to catering and hospitality venues
- Capable navigation of areas in and around Swindon
- Other duties as set out by your line manager
What we're looking for:
- A full, clean license is essential
- Previous delivery experience is advantageous
- Must be self-disciplined and able to work on your own initiative
- Good spoken and written communication
Additional info:
- £12.00 per hour
- Based in Cricklade
- Approx. 50 hours per week, Saturdays will be working
- 3:30am starting time
- Proper handling of stored foods will be a critical responsibility
